The goal is to be working with a small group of artists in the near future, helping develop their practice through our creative direction, planning and collaboration. The plan is to build with them in a way that stays true to the estate’s rules and way of working, but growing their career, brand and creative output comes first in this instance.

End product matters, but so does the process. The aim is to work alongside creatives who trust us to bring their vision to life, whether that’s through in-house work or by pulling together the right people to make it happen.

The space needs to be one in which they can focus on their craft without needing to figure out ezverything else all at once. We’ll handle structure, posts, content, campaigns and direction where it’s needed, but without interfering with their goal for the project. The balance is in supporting without shaping them into something they’re not.
